Warm coconut Oil Head, Neck and Face Massage

30 minutes. Includes choice of Aromatherapy oil.

This treatment is great for the hair, scalp and also headaches and stress. Our RMT applies acupressure massage to acupuncture points along the face, neck and head. Warm Organic Coconut oil is used and can be massaged into the scalp for a nourishing natural scalp and hair treatment.

• May be performed without the oil in the hair if requested.
• Can be added on to the end of any other treatment.

Warm Coconut Oil Full Body Massage with 30 min Head, Neck and Face

• (90 mins) Includes choice of aromatherapy oil.
• (60 mins) For 30 min body massage and 30 min full head treatment.

Hot oil body massage

Hot oil massage is decadent in the Fall and Winter months and enables the body to relax more quickly. This is an Ayurvedic tool. Aromatherapy is included if client wishes.

Eucalyptus Steam Massage (60 or 90 mins)

This massage is fantastic for clearing the sinuses and relieving achy sore muscles during flu season. It includes eucalyptus face steam, sinus points and acupressure head, face and neck massage.

Peppermint Headache Treatment (30 or 60 mins)

This treatment is excellent for headaches and includes the soothing oil of peppermint which is a renowned headache cure. Peppermint steam is used to ensure inhalation of essence in order to increase benefits. This is an acupressure massage.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Warm, smooth heated Peruvian stones are used to heat the tissue in preparation for deeper tissue massage. (Client may choose to have medium or light pressure as well). This treatment soothes tired and achy muscles and is the ultimate in relaxation especially during winter months.

Facials

Let our RMT/Esthetician, pamper you with a facial using Eminence Organic Skincare. Included in your full facial is:

While your face is steaming and the mask is drying our RMT will massage arms, hands, head, neck and shoulders.

Microdermabrasion

Micro is a very effective anti-aging tool which removes old dead skin in order to allow your new healthy young skin beneath to shine through. Our RMT/Estheticians will perform a full one hour microdermabrasion treatment for you that also incorporates massage therapy.

Facial and body massage combination - 90 mins
Combine any facial with a 30 minute back massage to begin your pampering. Our RMT will melt away tension during your back massage then turn you over and continue with your facial, arm massage and finish up with a relaxing head, neck and shoulder treatment.

Dead Sea Black Mud BACK Facial (90% Organic) - 45 mins
For Acne, dry or congested skin. RMT cleanses, Steams, exfoliates your back. Extractions are done if needed, followed by a purifying dead sea mud mask. Massage is performed while waiting for steam and mask.
